I do not understand how can one rate this place less than 5. For so many years, they have been serving consistently rich, delicious food with amazing service. In most reviews, people have praised them highly but still given them a 3.5 or 4. Just because they DONT charge exorbitantly high prices and serve on the street? Delhi junta, pretentious much? Delicious lip smacking kebabs. They will melt in your mouth. One bite and there will be an explosion of flavors in your mouth. The best I have ever had.
These are one of the finest kebabs one can have in Delhi. At ₹60.00 for 5pcs its quite affordable.These buff kebabs are a perfect blend of spices & fat. Cooked over charcoal fire, served piping hot with a sprinkle of lime together with green chutney & onions. These kebabs are soft & juicy but on a lil bit spicy side so don’t forget to carry your own water bottle. The Shop is now manned by Mr Imran s/o Ustad. There is no seating arrangement except a small bench in the shop. But if one has to enjoy the kebabs than some luxuries have to be sacrificed. Its located approx 450m from Chawari Bazar Metro station.
One of the legendary place. Accepted to be one of the best places for kebabs, Ustad Moinudin’s Buff Seekh kebabs are heavenly. It is said that, Ustad Moinuddin has magic in his hands. And indeed it is. Their kebabs are not only perfectly grilled, the flavors are simply irresistible. The perfectly spiced kebabs are served with Onion, Lemon and Green Chutney. This place is also famous by the name Sangam Biryani as they sell biryani in the day time.
Best Beef kebabs I have ever had. Every beef lover or seekh kebab lover must try this place. I will correct some of the information given here. The shop opens only in the evening, so the opening hours are 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM. It is not a takeaway only place, they also have a little room for seating, but it is too small and it is always full so you have to wait for some time.
Melting in the mouth stuff. You gotta go here and try these kebabs for sure. These are buff kebabs. Located opposite the Hamdard Dawakhana, you might just have to find your way through till this place. Served with onions and Chutney, having these kebabs is one experience you cannot miss.

Location: opp hamdard davakhana, chawri bazar. The food: OMG!! LEGEND! no praise is enough for this person. If u look up the definition of kabab, you will probably see his face. Perfect : the first time I ever had them, I knew the search for the perfect kabab had ended. This is the gold standard I use for rating any kabab that I have. Moist, succulent, tasty and accompanied by the perfect green chutney. I’m salivating just writing this. What are you waiting for? Catch a metro now!!!
