Pahargarj is the sprawl of numerous Hotels and less costed casual outlets. Al-Sameer is one of the Dhaba oriented quick bites outlet which is limited to 4-5 seating. The ambiance is lit well and it is well crowded most of the time because of the outlet’s location. In regards to hygiene or any certain quality standards, it fails drastically. With no certain maintenance on anything rather than a replacement of the TV. Moving to food, we had certainly noticed that even a minor food item tend to come after half an hour. Upon telling them that we will be leaving as we have got no food, they came up with the first item instantly!We ordered,➊ CHICKEN TIKKA DRY.As dry as it could be, so certain flavors or anything to feel pleased for. Just 5 pieces of bland oily tikkas served plainly with super watery mint sauce. âž‹ CHICKEN KORMA. Certainly, the texture looked alluring but the taste was just the opposite. Awful tangy quotient in the gravy and chicken missing the tenderness. However, Roomali roti is a good accompaniment. Also whatever chicken dish you order, they give from same pan, by adding something from top only. Overall- tasty food. Reduced Chillies would ve been better.

In the clutter of restaurants around paharganj, this place stood out for its food. I tried their biryani, korma, tikka and roomali rotis. All of which turned out to be very flavorful and served piping hot. I wished if they had kept the place a bit cleaner is all. But worth a visit.
