Shifting homes from bustling Adhchini, the restaurant now manages the canteen of the iconic Delhi Parsi Anjuman on Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg. Formed in 1925, the DPA today owns and maintains the the only one of its kind Fire Temple in North India. Rustoms at the DPA is an intimate dining space in the heart of Central Delhi, that promises to give you a glimpse into a traditional Parsi home, complete with authentic home-cooked food and recipes that have been passed on from generation to generation. Rustoms showcases Parsi delicacies beyond the popular favouritesDhansak and Salli Botifocusing instead on the rich culinary diversity of the cuisine.
