Took a take away order from Dillis chawla chicken. Have been eating at this place from past 12 years and their taste and quality was awesome. Saw their outlet all renovated etc today and was glad that they are improving in all aspects. But that wasn’t the case. They have renovated the outlook but have degraded the main aspect “ Food “. Its degraded to the last level unfortunately. Ordered full cream chicken, 2 lacha pranatha, 2 butter nan and roomali. I believe chef forgot to add salt to cream chicken. It was bland to be precise. Butter nan and laccha parantha were butter less and literally inedible. Called to give feedback and was told that their main chef is on off so the helper made the food today. My advise to them is to better not take such orders if your helper cant make the food. Complete waste of money. Apart from money its the expectations and craving for good food that went for a toss. Sorry guys, u have lost a 12 years old customer for good.

I ordered from here because my parents said they used to love this restaurant a long time ago. But we were really surprised to see how bad the quality has gotten. The handi chicken we ordered was burnt and quite bad.
Went there on 26th November 2018 with my nephews, when I visited their place. Many people suggested this place as it was recognized as the best, old and authentic chawla chicken. We ordered cream chicken, garlic naan, butter naan and tandoori roti. Garlic and butter naan were the only ones that were good and edible.Cream chicken was very sweet and was just below average, would not recommend this to anyone, however being their speciality.Tandoori roti was pretty thick and was just average.So, my first impression of this restaurant became the last impression, I would not like to visit this place ever again as that day it was just waste of time, money, fuel and resources.
