very good hospitality.cakes& pastries were very good.a staff named surendra suggested many items.the eatables were good & excellent customer service.worth my money i would say..happy with the experience.
Pastries were all dry, did not feel fresh at all.Service was ordinary, severely understaffed. Took them 20 mins to give me a machine made coffee. Place smells of agarbatti.Chicken kathi roll was super oily
Oh my god. I couldn’t care less about the food because the service is just amazing. The guy named sanjay is your go to guy. The food is great too and so is the menu.
We had mix veg puff n chicken puff at Waffle. It was nice n sumptuous n had very good stuffing. The guy name Sanjay was helpful n good in nature.
We had a Baby Shower party for one of our friends and we asked Waffle store to make a cake as we wanted. But, to my surprise, they made it much better than the image we showed them.Thank you so much:Chef Deepti, for delivering the best design and tastiest chocolate with cherries cake.Waffle Manager Mr. Sandeep helped a lot in managing things and has a talent of customer relationship & satisfaction.Waffle Incharge, Mr. Sanjay has such a sweet gesture of handling customer needs with a smile.Keep up the good work guys 🙂
The best ever had the cake triple chocolate suggested by the pastry chef deepti ,she make my birthday special, lots of thanks to her.I am becoming fond of the waffle there also find the variety of breads especially soya which was so nice@
A petite coffee shop situated at the sprawling Umrao resort, offers a wide variety of drinks like teas, coffees, mocktails and smoothies. They also have deserts and finger food on their menu, sold at a really reasonable price!After 8pm, deserts are sold at 50% discount too!I tried their Waffles’ Creation desert, which sounded to be some out of the box creation, however, it tasted ok!I tried their Hazelnut pastry, which was a creamy delight!
