Pallavi’s delight is near to the Sec-4 bus stand. The next shop to Ashu medicos, it’s a small parlour with a sitting of about 5-6 people. They have cakes, pastries and snacks. I ordered two pastries -Truffle and Butterscotch both satisfied my taste buds! Do order cakes from this place, recommended.
