The hotel’s room service food was really great. My adult daughter said the fries were the best ever. The breakfast was top notch, and dinner was really nice as well.

I ordered a Biriyani and it was among the worst I had in Delhi. It tasted very very bad and the quantity was also pretty less. It was not worth the money at all.
Thanks here are the best, specially loved it’s Maharaj thali.Good quality.Paneer Butter masala is another attraction. They cook it aptly and serve very well.
I ordered a Special Veg. Thali. The packaging was quite nice, it reminded me of my student days, this is exactly the sort of boxes used to deliver food to students in all university or coaching centre areas. The box is specially made for a thali type dish with no spillage of food or gravies. The quantity was quite nice, the Naans were good, not the best I have eaten but decent enough to be edible. The gravies tho, the Dal was okay. Nothing special, the Paneer was sweet and sour, and the mix veg had a lot of paneer in it. This was an old Indian/Mughlai type of preparation. You know the type we used to get in old delhi, with less to no garlic, less creamy flavours, More whole spices and aromas. This is exactly that type of food. Some people like it, some don’t. I am sort of in the middle, while I did like the change in flavours and my expectations for the dishes and what I tasted surprised me but ifI had to judge the food, a 3 is perfect for it. It was not perfect yet it was oddly satisfying. The flavours were definitely there, I could eat the whole the whole thali and delve into even more of the stuff only if the quantity was a little less but the amount of food was so that I left like half. The food is not very delicious but you will not be disappointed when you eat it. You get what you pay for and at this price this food is pretty decent.Although I will not be ordering again, I would recommend at least giving it a shot since you never know this taste might be to your liking. Even if it isn’t, It wont be a waste because you will taste something from the older times. There are still many restaurants in areas such as this (Old Delhi) that still cook traditional food. I think this is one of those place, Cheap and good quality.Thank you for serving me.
Overall it was okay. I like my food a little bit spicy, however, there were not much spices in shahi paneer. I really like the dal makhani and pulao. A good option for those who like simple and non spicy food but spicy food lovers don’t go for it.
