  Well my bday it was ..7th aug .. located in saket just backwards to select city mall .. first of the all the place is quite decent enough to have romantic lunch/dinner. Food was really superb,yummy n delicious.. service was also good.. loved it seriously

  Super good place. Stayed at Country Inn for a day and had breakfast buffet. They had beautiful brownies, cupcakes, marble cake in cakes. Sliced ham, sausage and live omelette for non veg. Mini uttapam, pav bhaji, aaloo bonda and rosemary potato wedges, grilled cheddar tomato for veg and also had pancakes and cornflakes and chocos. In beverages they had both hot and cold coffee, types of teas, fresh mixed fruit juice and watermelon juice.Overall good, must try. While staying there, in room we had chicken spring rolls, chicken 65, smoked chicken salad, parmesan crusted chicken, chicken breast with spaghetti and walnut brownie with ice cream for dessert.All in all was well cooked and served hot.

  I went to Mosaic – Country Inn By Carlson for breakfast. Staff is polite and courteous. Ambiance is also great however needs a lot of improvement in food quality. Lack of variety in breakfast buffet spread was not expected from Country Inn. Neither quality nor quantity. Not worth spending money on it. Water melon juice was pathetic. Poha was tasteless (our mom’s cook better than the hotel chef). Vermicelli was half – cooked. only thing which I liked was Hot basic coffee.

  Had been to this place recently for breakfast. The ambience and seating were great. The selection was okayish. The taste of the food was average. The only thing i liked was their chocolate milk.

  A great place to dine, located in the heart of the city, from food to ambiance to their services. Hotel offers good offers on dining, Staff is friendly and their caring approach makes the place a comeback for a customer. Their open area next to restaurant is just mind blowing. Thanks Country Inn for providing a good place to relax in this tiring day to day life.

  Overall rating 4 / 5Food quality 4 / 5Put text 3/5Ambience 4/5Courtesy 4/5Price 3/5food Options 3/5Location – it is located between Vaishali Metro station and Mohan Nagar it can be easily located as it is in the main road and it’s a big hotelFood – I had tried their breakfast buffet only so my comments are in respect to that although I have their breakfast for seven days continuously. Almost every alternate days the menu is very similar so one staying here for many days and if he or she is non-vegetarian then they would definitely get bored . Food Taste and quality – the taste is very usual and the qualities quite good if you are vegetarian then you would definitely like this but if you are a non vegetarian then it is not a place for you as old Hotel is a vegetarian hotel.If you are staying there then a suggestion is either go very early when the breakfast start or little late as the mid time is very rushDo try their savoury and pancakes there very good and the noodles are also very good. The chutney and murraba are also very good
