This one was a pleasurable meal , imust say.I ordered lunch from desi chulha the other day and was amused by the good taste .Ihave had :-Butter chaap ,malai chaap , masala chaap and shahi Panner from them.Out of all , ireally liked malai chaap as it was a great combination of good creamy texture and blended masalas . It was very perfect .Then the masala chaap was okay .The gravies are almost the same . The sabzi lacked salt a little . Otherwise , they were good .
Chaap rogan josh here if it is being served with mutton rogan josh then it is difficult to say which of the one is non vegetarian dish cuz it is so much delicious and the pieces just melt in your mouth very delicious it is one of my Tuesday’s dish when theres a craving for nonveg.
