Avoid Bhel/Sev Puri as they’re too damn sweet.Jhal Muri is excellent – probably the best in South Delhi. Tell him to make it extra spicy if you like a good gastronomical challenge
Bhel Puri, Sev Puri, Bombay Bhel, Chaat, Jhal Muri are some good options to try. do mention the level of spice you prefer

The bhel puri we had here was spicy and we enjoyed every puri and had a variety of bhel puri over here.
There’s only one of the bhel puri option available still do not fall for it as I have had better bhel puri at so many other places!
