DEL is inspired by the aero code for Delhi and is an all-day bistro with changing menus at every meal time. With a seating capacity of 132 the bistro offers a choice of both indoor and alfresco dining option along with a posh private dining room that can accommodate up to 18 persons and opens to a sky lounge ideal to host corporate and social gatherings. DEL also houses a swanky bar, live cooking stations that would serve Continental and Chinese cuisine along with a Sushi island. A select salad station, cold spread counter followed by Indian fare and dessert buffet stations complete the place.
