Great place with amazing food I ordered veg maki,Tuna tataki and dessert Black Hole was so yummy TARA ROSEATE HOUSE Aerocity New Delhi love this place this is new in Delhi but lovely place good talented staff nice music DJ was good we are enjoyed here with my friends
What a romantic place..on the top floor of the luxurious Roseate house..this pool side japanese restaurant is surely lovely. We were here on a relaxed sunday afternoon and we enjoyed the winds and the open seating with wine and finger licking food. The sushi dimsums on offer were delicious alonv with the papaya salad and the prawn tempura which we ordered. I loved the presentation of dishes also. The service was good and we had a nice time sipping green tea after a hearty meal. The view is amazing from aerocity as you get to see the planes that are flying off from the airport. I loved the brocolli salad and spinach dish too. The food was perfect and setting was perfect to the hilt.
Tara is located in rooftop of hotel roseate. They have outdoor seating which give good view of atrocity and airport. Menu has limited option, price is quite high but ambience make it worth of money to visit once.Had chicken wings which was worth of money.
I might keep cribbing about my inability to move from one room to another simply because then, I would have to creep out of my fuzzy blanket, and the chill might yet again hit me to the bone, but there is one reality that I cannot deny. That Delhi is the best in winters. The balmy sun tries to comfort people like us, and replenishes our starved bones natural vitamin D. It also is a fabulous season to eat to your heart’s content because the lards deposited will be nicely concealed by the multiple layers of woollens. That was the thought in my mind when I walked into Tara, the Japanese restaurant situated on the sixth floor of Roseate House. It is an open-air space that over looks the blue infinity pool and is helmed by deck chairs, the spa and wellness section of the extreme left end. A live kitchen sends out freshly prepared Japanese fare to the guests. I liked the fact that we would be eating wholesome Jap preparations enjoying the sun.Now before I forget, Tara serves only dinners. But, who wouldn’t want to use up the beautiful exteriors in the months of January and February. So, the restaurant will be serving lunch the whole of these two months before returning to the old format. Sunday brunches, with live grills and barbeques will be introduced in the next 15 days. Now that is one sunny bit of news for foodies in the city. The sun can really spin your mood around in a positive direction. I threw caution to the wind and tucked into delicious prawns as well, little caring the effect it would have on my allergy. Anyway, so here’s what you must try if at Tara (hoping you go really soon before the sun gets cruel), or these are what stood out among the usual tested Japanese spread.I am not too keen on sushi but the sushi rolls here were well bound. The ebi tempura (prawn rolls) were soft on the inside and crispy outside. The vegetarian rolls were better because of the condiments packed in. I loved the miso soup because it had a generous serving of tofu in it, teamed with fresh seaweed and spring onions. It had the perfect blend of spices. The tempuras were adequately crisp and wholesome but what made them better was the bowl of temura sauce, a liquid concoction that was part sweet and part tangy.I feel the high point of the spread were the salads and the Kiwi lamb chops (coated with an interesting spice mix that that wasn’t to hot yet very tasty. The salads, lettuce with Wafu dressing, and Tuna Tataki with Ponzu sauce, were really good, both in terms of taste and presentation.I was a let down by the desserts because they lacked the punch. The Yuzu lemon tart wasn’t tart enough and Black Hole was a very usual chocolate walnut brownie served with ice-cream. I was expecting a fancier finish to my meal, I think.I’ll tell you what. The meal was tasty and wholesome, even if it wasn’t unique or innovative. But I think the ambience and the banter with friends made up for it. Something you will also like, if you visit Tara with your loved ones.
The best infinity pool in Capital is Roseate’s pride and Tara – a beautiful poolside rooftop restaurant promises the most spectacular night views. The menu is brisk as a fresher’s one page resume and the options are also select especially in vegetarian section. But it’s crafted carefully with only most authentic and delicious Japanese dishes on the menu. The sea salt edamame is perfect to munch on whilst your food arrives and the ambience animates cozy time with your special one. Try the grilled cheese broccoli, it’s the best I have experienced so far. It was grilled to just right degree. You will love shrimp tempura popcorn if you are fond of seafood. Fried and light golden with medium crisp texture and boasted of delicious flavours. The Dynamite sushi roll is iconic I must say. I don’t come across such perfect hand-rolled sushis. I love Yum Yum Cha for unami but my off late experience has added Tara to it’s list The steep pricing is warranted and delivers satisfaction and excellent experience. It’s worth it to dine here. I hope to try Del next time.
There is no experience parallel to open air dining amongst pretty skyline and beautiful stars. The Roseate house in areocity is a quiet peaceful place just located of the runaway and it’s terrace restaurant Tara is one of it’s special attractions. Dim lights, beautiful stars, Air-planes landing and the blue pool, can you imagine the beauty of the ambience. The surrounding view is spectacular and absolutely food takes a back seat. I came here with my closed one and we made it one hell of an evening. To order: 1. We just had a plain refreshing glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. It blended greatky with our choice of food and dishes. 2. Go for their Grilled Shiitake Mushrooms. It’s a dicey choice but the beautiful preparation at Tara kitchen for shiitake should not be missed. 3. Miso Japanese soup was a bit bland as per Indian Punjabi taste buds but I liked it for it’s simple flavours and mildness. 4. The Dynamite Sushi roll was total perfection. The bespoke handcrafted roll was done with great efforts and it did take a little time but the results were mindblowing. The crab was so fresh and juicy and the traces of pungency was absent for good. The caviar on top only enhanced the quality of the beautiful dynamite roll. 5. In Desserts go for the chocolate dessert called Black hole. It served with delicious caramel ice-cream that is to die for. The service was a bit slow but in a place like Tara the time flies in relaxed conversations. I’d love to indulge in here again and again.
Tara is the rooftop magnificent poolside restaurant of the sprawling 5 star property Roseate House. The look and feel of the place is so luxurious it seems miles apart from the common bustling parts of Delhi. The cuisine served at Tara is primarily Japanese with original touches of sauces and condiments.I have been to many Japanese restaurants around town and Tara is so perfectly original and pleasing. We ordered for an Amazing Lettuce Salad with Wafu Dressing broke all records of simple savour appeal. How simply delicious it was. In Appetisers we did Vegetable Tempura and Grilled Broccoli. Both the dishes were excellent but Grilled Broccoli is extraordinarie. If I am asked which place serves the best grilled broccoli I can close my eyes and say Tara. The dish turned up so tasty you can’t even say that it’s actually Broccoli. The Broccoli at tastiest is experienced at Tara.We did an amazing Matcha and Banana Dessert with Caramel sauce recommended by the chef. The caramel sauce was simply and tantalising good. Not to forget it had the optimum amount of sweetness. The dessert could have been a bit more squidgy but the taste was excellent. The rooftop restaurant meal at Tara in quiet and peace makes to one of the best experiences of my dining out. It was so amazing for a lovely conversation and it offered such beautiful views that it felt good to be a part of the vibe. I look forward to come here again.
