This place is the amongst the best local experiences one can get. It’s a lovely home turned restaurant which is run by the family. Belinda, who manages the restaurant, has a keen eye on each customer who visits. The food is authentic and very enjoyable. The service is spot on with very helpful suggestions from those taking the orders. The name of the place is a term of the seas and the walls are decked up with shipping souvenirs. It all comes from Belinda’s tenure of working on the ships. I’m surely going to keep visiting this beautiful little comfort corner.

This has been a long time coming. 7S1L is by miles the best authentic Goan food experience I have had in my many years of visiting Goa. Period.Tucked away from the main city chaos, it was the perfect setting for a date night. We had the Goan sausage chilly fry, the chicken liver patte, butter garlic poi, tongue chilly fry, Goan beef meatball curry. Every dish was better than the last, and the meatball curry blew the roof off. The desserts were okay, but we were stuffed by the time we got to them, so did not necessarily hit the spot. Will have to try them on a slightly emptier stomach the next time. The hosts are fantastic and make sure to spend conversational time at every table, sometimes more than once. Have been there twice since. You cannot go wrong. At all.

Yesterday I went to this place. It’s a house which is turned into a restaurant. Beautifully done up.3 cousins who run the place, 1 lady sings there (excellent singer) , 1 lady manages the place treats the guests so well and the other lady is the chef who makes everything from scratch right from garlic mayo to Peri Peri sauce etc etc.The 1st I really loved the way they welcomed us. I felt like I was at home. The staff is also very friendly. We ordered Cajun fried squids which was excellent. For mains we ordered pasta.Chicken pasta and prawns pasta (not on the menu). Do try it out. When I taste the pasta it was too spicy. So we told the waiter to just tone it up add little cream and get.Half hour passed , then the lady came n told us we r making it again . I felt so bad I asked her why? She replied that her cousin wanted it to be perfect so she is making the dish again. *Touched* . Then the pasta arrived. We had it , it was amaaaaaaazinggg.(Please note the chef made the Peri Peri sauce from scratch ). I stay at Moira on the weekends. I’ll definitely go again. Thank you so much 7 short 1 long for such a wonderful experience.Highly recommended!Food : 5/5Ambience : 5/5Service : 5/5
