Food is not much tasty. I guess staff take the customer for granted as there is no near by place for inmates. At least they should behave properly with customers. I expect gentle behaviour when you arrive. Even if you serve delicious fig ice cream with a rude face you can’t really enjoy it. That’s it.
Peppers was an obvious choice for us as it is the in-house restaurant at the resort we had been staying. The restaurant is located just beside the swimming pool with a cool view and ambience. The service is very prompt and cooperative. Do try their range of cocktails at Rs 99 all day. If you’re new in Goa, try the Feni cocktail called Goa Buzz , it was very well mixed and refreshing after a long journey. We tried Chicken Cafreal and Peas Pulao for lunch. While the Cafreal was good in quantity for two, it lacked in taste a little, the pulao was pretty good. If you’re a fish lover, try the Grilled King Fish (surmai). We loved it, the fish was succulent and perfectly grilled, the lemon garlic sauce was awesome and came with a generous portion of veggies and french fries. oneandahalfminutes.com
