Staff is so untrained, They given pathetic service, Thye have just kept two plates on tables one one another and two spoons at the top, We ourselves has to arrange the plates. They also dont serve us on our plates. We have to manage the servings and it becomes very difficult if you are having the babies with you. Ordered Only Veg Kolhapuri and 2+2 roties. they have taken 1 hr to provide the order and after 1+1 Roties they forget to provide the roties again and taken 15 mins to repeat the roties after asking. No one asked for water. Asked for basic salad which all restaurants provide and after that only they have provided. Finding the service very incomplete, Management needs to lear the Hospitality. In the restaurant nowhere written that the credit card charges are extra but during the billing they are asking 2 % extra for using any bank credit card and Amex is not acceptable here. I feel that the staff and management are become very arrogant because of high ratings on zomato. This place is not for family and friends to consume the food with service and food. We felt very insulting.We visited Navtara a veg Restaurant for lunch and this restaurant for dinner the service was completely opposite. In spite of having the huge crowd at Navtara they provided awesome service.

This is one of the best food experience we could have expected in Goa. The taste which Gujarati people wants and especially Jain food option available which is highly recommended to all the Jain people. Thank you for such a great experience.
