This place is amazingly beautiful.Overall ambience of the resort makes you feel like you are in bali.Place is recommended for beautiful and serene stay and not for food.Food was not upto the mark.
Quiet a pretty and cozy place to be in if you are starving for laid back evening, setup in a village located in the interiors of south Goa. Food was ok but this location makes up your mood.
Writing about this place floods me with nostalgia. Goa was the halcyon of my life and this place contributed in making it so in its own ways. We’d start from Agonda to Betul early in the morning on our scooters. The drive was 45 minutes of pure joy on South Goa’s winding, hilly roads lined with cashew trees. The resort boasts of a beautiful location; the place where the river meets the sea. Also, the resort’s architecture is gorgeous– Portugese style villa with thick greenery everywhere. They have recreated a forest of sorts in the resort itself with the maze-like paths sheltered by tall bushes and trees. Ours was always a breakfast routine at this place. We would sit by their infinity pool, gazing at the ocean before we proceeded for breakfast. They have an extremely reasonably priced menu. One of the things I’d been missing in Goa was a decent masala dosa place. This place became my shrine after I found out that they had masala dosa on their menu. My friend was pretty fond of their Chhole Bhature. We’d have fresh fruit juices along with our dishes (Fresh fruit juices in Goa are just delightful! They have the best pineapples and watermelons). I won’t say that their food is great, but it’s not bad either. It’s the entire experience of being at this place which made it all that so special for me. Must try when in South Goa!
