The casual dining concept will feature home recipes with a fusion twist that reflect our Indo-Western influences. Some examples are sandwiches made with Goan poi bread, Mutton Soup and creative dishes using local ingredients like chips made with local varieties of Maharashtrian/Goan grains. The bar menu will feature a variety of whiskey, which is a personal favorite.
