Sea is inspired by the travels of its curator , Saurabh Anand, and his culinary journey over the years in south east Asia, taking from experiences of his famed restaurants in NYC Moti Mahal, Awadh, Bhatti Indian Grill and also Masala House in New Delhi, this is a personal ode to the coast and its untethered beauty. The casual chic setting, light ocean breeze, palm trees air and lulling sound of the Goan life complement the cuisine and immersive cocktail experience, inspired from the Asian golden triangle.
