Food was decent but service is very late, we literally got bored waiting for food, also no normal water, you must buy packed mineral water which is quite expensive
Nice food but worst service. We ordered chicken wings, prawn cocktail, chicken makhani and chicken chefs special. Normal water isn’t available only Mineral water.
I really liked the place. I went there for dinner and really liked the overall presentation of the restaurant as well as the food. The food took some time to be served but was totally worth it. Also, we ordered some drinks with food. It was all really good and will visit again undoubtedly.
Let’s start !! (comments regarding reviewers being underwhelmed by the service) By having to wait for your food It’s usually a sign the restaurant is busy, and take immense care of there standards, if the cooking was rushed then I’d be unhappy, Especially between courses.How many time have each and every one of us have ordered food after a few minutes then it arrives ? ( McDonald’s, kfc, dominoes, Pizza Hut etc) cheap fast foods !This place produces high quality food.30 minutes wait is not unusual in establishments that want to maintain food quality and standards Keep up the good work OPrato and I can see your restaurant doing very well. You’re greeted by a lovely smile from the owner and the staff very professional . Regards JOHN
