After spending a wildly drunk night at Baga, we weren’t in a mood to tolerate any loud music so while walking at the beach, we were looking for a shed to just chill, and Emmanuel seemed a pretty good escape. It was nothing fancy with no extra effort. Every shack is mostly the same, but this one didn’t have any music, and that’s what we needed. We could hear the noisy tunes from others, but it wasn’t bursting our ears directly. We ordered bar snacks like Peanut Masala, Cashew Masala, and Finger Fries with drinks. Cheap Liquor is a luxury in Goa, but Emmanuel was unbelievably dirt economical. For me, it’s a decent place to hang out with friends and family.
An underrated place on Baga. Great food, great service and a relaxed chilled place to be on Baga beach. Ask for Shastri when you are here. This will ensure you have the best time at Baga by suggesting the best dishes on the menu. They don’t play any music here but that’s actually a nice thing as sometimes you need some peaceful time to unwind.
Memories , memories , good foood , friends , booze , outdoor service , beach , waves , lights !Do i need to say more ? The most mandatory place at Baga beach . A must for all visiting Goa !
Whenever I am in Baga, I make sure I go to Emmanuel’s. The food is the best, and not too expensive. The service is beyond excellent, and the waiters are very friendly. Do order the pasta – it may not be absolutely authentic, but it is delicious. Portion size is also good.Another must have is the fish. Order any seafood at all, in fact. You can try out all the other fancy restaurants and shacks all you want, but if you are on a vacation of more than 2 or 3 days in Baga, then just make this place your regular hangout – yummy food, easy on the pocket!
On baga beach, Veg sizzler was good to have here, comfortable seating with nice beach view. Nice crowd. Good at preparing tandoori food. Must visit
When you are on the beach you don’t really look at the type of shack you want to sit in but the kind of view you want to see. The chairs at this shack looked comfortable enough so we settled here. A couple of beers along with some noodles and chicken 65 was ordered to keep us busy while enjoying the beach. Food was not that great but at such places view is more important than the food.
