This is a pretty decent place with good events and tasty food but the service is terrible. I had food with friends and we all left but I came back to get a bottle of water. I was unable to buy it directly at the bar, let alone buy a bottle of water. The barkeep asks me to sit at a table to do so and if I sit near the bar the waiter asks me to move to the “the wolfpack section” just to make this order. Customer service is a really important factor with restaurants. I’ve never seen this behaviour in other cities and it’s just a shame that this place doesn’t want business.
