Probably, 31st December night in Goa is not the right time to judge a place, but since that is when we landed here, have to make do. This is not on the most frequented part of Baga, but a bit further down the beach. They were reasonable with their pricing even on the 31st night, which was a good thing and made necessary arrangements to seat 14 or so of us. We ordered various dishes, but none of them were too tasty. Probably the dal was the best of the lot. Chicken noodles were too overcooked it seemed and the pakode were low on salt. The chicken 65 seemed to have more of the color than taste and was too watery. They took forever to get the dishes even by the 31st night busy standards as there were not too many food dishes that were being ordered apart from the ones we did. All in all, a decent place if you want to stay away from the crowded part of Baga as this is relatively farther from there. Not a place you can expect great food though.

But the size of the fish surprised us! Never ever had a better cooked fish till date. Thanks for the suggestion. Will be back for more.
The most amazing place to just relax and unwind!! Good prices and amazing food especially the Goan sausages and the steak!! A Must visit if you are in Goa. A Lot of History in the place!!
Each time we are in North Goa @ Baga, It has been kinda a ritual to visit The Big Banana. Apart from awesome host Mr and Mrs Lobo are, their food and beverages are nice. This is our 3rd visit in past 4 years, although the baga beach has become to crowded but its the Big Banana which makes it special for us.
Had quick brkfst here after awsm water rides. Quiet quick service and decent price. variety of items! Egg items tasted delicious and stuffed parathas were fulfilling.
Safe place to leave your belongings when you go for a relaxed swim in the baga beach. Affordable as well.. You could get to meet some interesting people !
