Had ordered online, restaurant accepted order and after almost 45mins when I checked with the delivery executive why it is taking time, he said he is still waiting outside and food is not ready, and it will take more time.Later I got call from delivery executive that restaurant has cancelled order due to unavailability of the item. Can you imagine after 70mins.Experienced thier slow service before also.Big disappointment
The place usually never made me disappointed. This time ordered chicken manchurian. It was uncooked with all moist texture of batter and inside chicken was disgusting to taste. Unexpected. Mexican fried were still okay but too much of jalapeno and mayonese made it sour. The cook himself should taste first.
Very bad experience. It is very costly with very low quantity. I ordered Peri Peri fries which is their famous from Swiggy but I am really disappointed with their fries. It is very spicy and nothing special is there and also their veg items are very bad.
Have been to this place twice or thrice and have ordered on Zomato a few times. This cafe has great ambience and decent food. It was a veg cafe before and I think they recently added the non veg items. nachos, spiral potato and fries are really nice. Would not recommend the burgers at the place . Service is a little slow but u can play pool to kill time(chargeable if bill is below 800).
