I stayed in Karma Royal Palms and this restaurant was situated inside this place.I would say the taste of their food was okay but the prices are a little high. Their service is fine if somebody orders their today’s special otherwise i would say there service was poor.
It wasn’t a good place to have food I tried breakfast and dinner but my experience was bad. Service was too late and I don’t know where they are busy? Overcharged for breakfast and dinner.
This restaurant was in my hotel (Karma royal palms) itself.IT is a pretty decent restaurant,I would not strongly recommend this place to sm1 whose not staying in karma royal palms but for those who r staying it is a nice restaurant.
The quality of food served is good. But it takes too much time to be served. Also the biggest drawback is overpriced food. It can be improved only if they lower the price of food and bring in quick service.Food – 3/5Service – 2/5Pricing – 1/5
The restaurant was very welcoming. Staff polite, courteous & friendly. Chef Joaquim very pleasant, knowledgeable & par excellence . A wide variety of drinks, cocktails & wine which went well with the meal. The service was quick .The starters of shrimp dynamite & batter fried squid were well presented , delicious & wholesome. Sorpotel with freshly baked bread – poey was delightful so was the king fish rechado made to perfection. The desserts were yummy rounding up a wonderful lunch. Chef Joaquim needs a round of applause. A place worth visiting
The Brasserie located in the Karma Royal Palms was a disaster. The food took ages to be served, the staff was very cold and rude and was inadequate in number as well. Basic cutlery wasn’t available as we asked for glasses multiple times for the drinks but they weren’t served. The food came in shifts making our experience a horrible one. It’s just because it was in the resort that we chose the option otherwise there are many places in South Goa serving much better.
On our recent stay at Goa this was the nearest decent place for food especially vegetarian food, they have a multicusine menu (indian, chinese, italian & so on) we tried their breakfast as well as main course options and they were really good in taste as well as quantity. Prices are slightly high though (but getting good vegetarian food in goa it was expected). Really liked their aloo n paneer parathas in breakfast quite filling. They have a special menu each day for the guests. Ambience is also good, good for families and people who wanna have good vegetarian food in Goa.
