If you are in and around bardez and craving for some non-rich and easy-to-the-stomach food ( after all the trips to the brittos and Anjuna shacks of goa) then you should come here. The South Indian breakfast here is so lovely and bang for the buck that it will leave you filled and happy while you can wait until for a late lunch at some beach restaurant you might drive down to. Highly courteous and well trained staff, we loved this place so much that it surprisingly became our choice of breakfast option every morning, before we hit the day travelling.
We have been there a couple of times and have tried varied options from their menu, and have never been disjointed. It is a standard Udupi but with very good quality food, which is freshly made. Portion sizes are also generous, total value for money. They have both an outdoor as well as indoor seating with A/c.South Indian is good – idli is always fresh, soft and a good size. North Indian – The nan’s are super big and very soft and tasty. Veg is also nice. We have also had sandwiches on one occasion, loved them.Definitely worth a visit, without too much expectation.
