Awesome food. Simple fish curry and rice and prawns. Taste is very good. Homely atmosphere. It’s a small tapari type shack but food is really nice. All family members themselves work here. We went there 4 times while in Goa. Worth a visit.

Homely good food. Hole in a wall place but don’t let that keep you from this authentic Goan fish thali. We drop by here everytime we are in Calangute.

Amazing amazing food! This place is run by Dhananjay himself..the thali is not only delicious but also pocket friendly! The fish thali has options of either pomfret or king fish.. depends on the catch of the day. You can even order extra fish or a plate of prawns and still the maximum bill you may pay for 2 would not exceed 600 bucks! Any day prefer this thali joint over the hyped restaurants in the area!

A great place to enjoy FCR of Goa, no sign boards, no ambiance as such but you will forget all these when you will taste the food. Awesome fish curry rice.

The best place to eat home made food. I ensure we visit this place whenever I am in Goa. Fish curry and Fish fry is really nice and tasty.. I am sure if a person eats at this place once would definitely visit this place regularly. The place is small and looking at ambience you might not want to sit there and eat but you will definitely won’t regret sitting there and eating. It’s damn cheap.

What a wonderful place this is! 5 stars aren’t quite enough for the food they serve. Tucked behind the main road, just by Santiago Beach Resort, this one door without any name and people continuously coming in and going, that’s Dhananjay Fish Curry. If you haven’t been there, you haven’t tried the best of Goa! The kitchen is literally run by women, like mothers and grandmothers and they bring the best of rawa fry and sunta fry. A fish gravy, quite a lot of rice, one sabji and one king fish fry – the freshest fish of course! That’s what comes in a dish, along with salad. And you mustn’t miss out on the sunta fry as it is beyond delicious! I have never tried prawns this delicious in any country! It’s a very small place and mostly frequented by locals. But that’s why you get the best food! And pocket pinch is also not too much, of course!#musttry

Home made food. This place is hard to find. And Google map takes you nearby but not to the restaurant. Please take help of the locals. This place is popular among them. You get fish thali here. Quantity is good. Cost is reasonable. I find it a bit spicy. As far as Ambience is considered, it looks like an under construction one.
