The place have a fast service and the food is fairly priced. I tried different things at this place all of them tasted real good. A must visit place.
Good place just at a distance of few hundred metres frm calungute beach. Simple seating and we were damn hungry. Ordered following items:Butter nan: goodPaneer chilli: goodChicken tandoori: goodChicken biryani : ok okDal tadka: not much spicy but goodJeera rice: goodBoondi raita: goodOverall suitable for people looking for plain but delicious not much spicy food along with simple ambience ryt near beach.
If you’re a seafood lover then it’s heaven don’t just go by looks ..it was surprisingly awesome!prices are reasonable and taste is just over the top.also they serve very good chicken dishes.located in close proximity of calangute beach,very crowded hence service is slow we waited for 20mins just to get our food on table. Definitely and highly recommended!!
Suddenly found this place, not much impressive by its look, ordered some food for take away & surprisingly those were awesome ! We stayed in Calangute Residency for five days in Goa and this place has become our favorite. We have tried tandoori chicken, squid fry, crab masala, fish chilly, tandoori roti and all those items were quite impressive ! Located very close to Calangute Beach ! Highly recommended !
Well, we entered this place unwillingly, as it was a good friday and all the major beach shacks and restaurants were closed at lunch time; But this placed surprised us with sea food quality. And we ended up doing all our meals for rest of the trip here. Ambience is not so great, it looks like small roadside snacks hotel, but that’s it. Feel free and enter. We only had fish items and no other food and all of them were excellent. Pomfret Masala or Rava fry is a must try. What to say about finger-licking Masala Crab. The masala(gravy) was as tasty as crab. We also ordered, King fish Masala and rava fry and it was also too tasty. For main course we once had Prawns curry and rice. 5 king prawns and tasty curry just made our day. In one of the meal we even tried Squid curry as an option to prawns curry and it was good too. They don’t serve alcohol but that’s ok. This place is pocket friendly too. The average sized pomfret you will get here at Rs. 300-350, the same you will get for Rs. 500/600 at big, famous restaurants like Capricorn or Souza Lobo.
