I was staying at The Lalit Golf And Spa Resort, Goa. This place caught my attention because of its attractive sunken bar. I stayed in the pool for hours and then later went to have a beer at the bar which was a part of the swimming pool. I had a pint of Heiniken sitting at the stool which was half immersed in water. This is by far the most unique and amazing place I’ve been to. The drinks and food are moderately priced considering this place is inside a 5star hotel. But here, one basically pays for the experience and not anything else.
Who wouldn’t dream of their favourite tipple while splashing or just lazing around in the swimming pool and this is what the poolside bar at The Lalit Golf Resort & Spa goa has to offer. Gazebo is the sunken bar right in the middle of the pool. It really added to the enjoyment and masti we had during our stay.Few tables with umbrella canopies are placed at the poolside. There are very limited food items on the menu. Mainly French fries, burgers and sandwiches etc. We enjoyed our beer sessions dipped in the pool and to add to our experience it was drizzling. So the feel was like being a part of a rain dance party. Loved the concept of the sunken bar. Hope to revisit this resort some time in future.
