  Goa is like 2nd home to us now and we love to explore and experience various restaurants, lounges not being too bothered if it is a 3.5+ rating. We were glad we visited one such resto bar. 3 Crownz -Resto Bar Lounge and Restaurant is one such hidden gem.The USP of this restaurant is they have the usual menu compromising Indian, Chinese, Continental along with a menu which is seasonal. I.e they cater to people from every country. Goa, as we were told has visitors phase wise. There are periods when people from the US come and then there is a phase when Italians visit. Similarly there are times of the month when Russian come in large numbers, so on and so forth. So this seasonal menu works very well for them.Though we had a lot of Continental and sea food we settled to have a mix of a lot of thingsOne of our favourite picks from the evening was the Tandoori Gobi. Well marinated and chargrilled to perfection. This cauliflower had it all..Spicy, flavourful and the perfect starter to go with some cocktail. The Chicken Achari Tikka was no less. The chicken was juicy , tender and cooked with extreme care. One could make out the same because of the perfect colour it had gained while being chargrilled.The Cheese Jalapeneo Shotz was another favourite. Soft cheese along with Jalapeño, well crusted and deep fried. It was indeed addictive and we popped them all with the surprise element the bartender had stirred up for us. He named it the Whiskey Surprise and this drink was a great mix of orange, cranberry, pineapple, apple along with whiskey. A special mention to the quick service and great hospitality. We had requested for sweet chilli sauce which they apparently dint have , but they made sure the chef made us a small portion of fresh sauce and served it to us to have with our cheese Shotz. Not everywhere do people go out of their way to please their guestFor the main course we settled for Grilled Chicken in Barbecue sauce. This dish was definitely the best seller. A small portion of herbed rice along with 2 fresh off the grill smokey flavoured chicken steak, some grilled vegetables and of course hot crispy french fries. All these came with some extra barbecue sauce. A meal made in heaven.We ended our meal with the Tiramisu. Nothing fancy but a good way to end a contended meal.
