I give them a 5 star purely because of the interesting staff and the quiet serene environment. Located at the poolside, we had a good 2 hours sitting and chatting in peace. The bartender was interesting with his stories and recommendations. In spite of the availability of alcohol the best thing to have is this mocktail called novotel punch. A very relaxing afternoon indeed.
