It’s restaurant to suit your pocket anytime. Cafe Toto’s is right on the Calangute – Baga roadside near Our Lady of Piety Chapel. They have coffee, breakfast and dinner with live band. They serve good food at reasonable price which attracts folks of tourists.
Had a lovely meal here tonight till I pulled out a foot long hair from the rice,the staff took it away after I pulled it out and insisted it was fabric, bull$hit.I guess I won’t be eating in here again.
