Visited this place for lunch a couple of weeks back with family. Great place to have Goan food and delicacies. Cheers Chef Peter and thank you for the good food. Bon Appetit!!
If looking to taste authentic Goan food and hospitality great place to visit. Run by chef peter, he gave us personal attention and so his daughter who guided us through the menu. Try stuffed crabs, stuffed squids
First a correction, this place is in Pilerne, not Candolim. A nice place for a conversation filled time with family and friends. We had mussels as starters which was good. The Chicken Cafreal was not anything great, i would say just overhyped. A meal for six with three alcoholic drinks came to 3k. Do visit.
Chef Peter’s Kitchen has great Goan options. We had Cafreal-Sanna and Beef Steak.Stuffed crabs and rawa-fried fish was fresh and yummm.Deserts like coconut- Jaggery ice-cream and Serradura are made in house and are a must try.We love to spend time there with a pint of beer and a few friends.
Have visited this restaurant a few times over past one year and can safely say that the food quality is going downhill..Cafreal was awesome first time round but this time he served us some barbeque sauced chicken as Cafreal..sad to see from a chef who was once touted as one of the best in Goa..
A perfect quaint location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s a little tricky getting to this place if you’re not very familiar with Goa but trust the it’s worth it once you do. The place has a unique and homely atmosphere you get the feeling of eating at a typical Goan home . It was an amazing experience. Very gracious hosts , Good service, hygienic and last of all the food was amazing. Everything we tried here the beef croquet, fish cutets , Goan sausages , prawn curry rice, chicken cafereal was delicious and satisfying. Would definitely recommend this place for the uniqueness of its experience!
Food is very expensive!! The lepo and chonak we ordered were not fresh!! Charged us Rs 180 for extra tartar sauce. Even the chicken cutlets were below par. I would not recommend this place frankly
