  Visited Grok for their Sunday brunch and I was blown away by the beautiful set up.They had a massive buffet spread with a variety of stations serving cuisines from all around the globe.I started out with the asian station which served dim sums and some delicious khow suey.The Lebanese section had some amazing dips, salads and cheese accompanied with breads.Then came by my favourite South Indian counter which served some mind blowing appams and stews. The egg appam with egg roast definitely deserves a special mention here.Next we had some lip smacking samosa, kachori & aloo tikki chaat from the Delhi Chaat Bhandar.The continental & Italian section served pasta, pork belly, five spiced roast chicken and grilled sea bass.The Indian one had a variety of curries to choose from plus the quail egg biryani.Our brunch ended with a variety of desserts. Out of which my favourite were the churros, pista & chocolate gateaux and orange rasgula.

  My Current Favourite Destination for a Sunday Brunch.Loved the Massive Splendid Ambience.The Brunch was a wide spread with options ranging from Local Cuisine to Indian and Asian. In drinks, you are going to find an unique twist given to each cocktails.Also in the desserts you are given so many options to choose, from warm gulab jamuns to Serradura to Ghee Ke laddoos to Candies.Also the staff here is so Courteous making you feel so comfortable.#getlostingoa

  It was amazing experience to be at Grok at Hyatt Centric Candolim. They had variety of dishes with some lip smacking dishes and delicious desserts. Unlike most other restaurants Grok serves high quality alcohol in the brunch package. Believe me it’s not a kilometre long menu with salads and decoratives, it has just enough food with each and every item having its own different taste. Whatever you pay here is worth for the kind of food served, great ambience and service is a bonus.

  So Since I visited Goa this time I thought about spending my Birthday with an early morning breakfast only thing i reached at the closing time at 10.30 so grabbed whatever I could manageBreakfast buffet could be done better with more variety couldn’t get My favorite Eggs benedict and croissantI really appreciate the Service of the entire team which I will definitely drop by the Next time in GoaThank you kartikyan for going the extra mile for the cake totally loved it

  This place deserves a 5 star rating. The cuisine the service the ambience are all top notch. Kudos to the chef and his team for such a creation. It’s health food you can trust all the way. The spread is good. Along with Goan indian and continental specials they have a healthy take on each cuisine. Such as coddled egg with spinach topped with feta and buckwheat dosa to name a few. It’s health bhi and taste bhi. Keep it up guys. The reason I have not given a 5 star rating is because a salad station or some veggie dishes were missing. Kindly consider the same.
