I got to have food at Mosiac several times in last 2-3 days during my stay at Country Inn. I will share my experience for the means available throughout the day. Big plus of this place is the courteous and welcoming staff. It has seating inside and outside too with pool view.Breakfast : Buffet is wide spread with many options. There is a live counter for different varieties of omelet and dosa. Overall taste is good and I loved it.Lunch: You have to be wise while selecting food from Al a carte, should not experiment with sea food if you have not developed a pallet for it. I had khadai paneer and dal fry, it was well prepared.Dinner: There was an offer for 2 at 999. Done spread was good but lacks taste. I have shared the feedback with the sous-chef and he took it positively. Hopefully there would be an improvement.Overall I am happy with and may visit again.
