This place is open all 365 days a year and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Situated on the peaceful side of the Calungate beach, this place offers great view and also has good service. Their food is ok. Didn’t like the fries though. Do order their paneer sabzi which was very tasty. Also their seats for the chairs could be cleaner.
Great Location – On the cleaner and less populated end of calangute beach. Good Food. Can spend entire day here . Highly Recommended. Try Masala Papad & Veg Pakodas here.
Aah,Located a lilbit away from the messy part of the calangute beachFood is good if u stick to basic North Indian and etcCheap boozeOverall good
What a brilliant view! You can spend your entire evening here. It’s open 365 days and has a toilet! Yes they flaunt about that 😉 Food joints on the beach don’t usually have clean toilets but this one does so you have to give it to them. Had vegetable pakoda which was just alright to go with beer. If you like mushroom, do try the mushroom chilly. The guy was really sweet to made it hot and spicy, the way I like mushrooms!
Great location. Good food. Helping staff. The location is in one of the shortcuts to calangute beach. Not the main entry. Food especially prawn chilly and other seafood is recommended. Pomfret was ok though . Not great. But noodles were bang on . Perfectly placed in calangute .
When in Goa visit to Colva beach is a must & the crowd at the beach is awesome and so are the shack’s on the beach. After the requests and trying so hard the shack guy finally convinced us to get in to Prince of Tides shack which looked decent. Our aim was to have a fresh Basa fish and my word he had a huge one. Potato chipa, a big Basa fried fish and beer is all you need to chill on the beach.
after swirling and dancing with the waves, we descended for dinner to this place and the over-looking view of the sea was certainly the prince of tides, but, the food was not the home of any princely affair. for starters the beef chilly was the most tasteful preference as the meat served is well-cooked and tenderly delightful. the chicken fry was minted in spices that tasted Chinese more than anything goan in its sauce. the prawn vindaloo with plain steamed rice on the side, was supremely sour and the density of the gravy was very low, therefore, adding to a distasteful experience. Prince of tides certainly isn’t a must-visit place when you are in Candolim but is the only shack-bar-restaurant over-looking the sea in that estate.
