In-house restaurant at holiday inn is vibrant place.Ambiance- located next to pool n open garden gives you nice aura to place. Constant nice music running gives is more delightful .Service- as everything is prepared live , it takes time but totally worth it. Servers are excellent.Food- soup, cigars and chicken steak was perfect only olive oil pasta was below average, it gave bitter taste. Portions are ok for main course.Desserts- chocolate bomb was ok too not very great.

Fig and olive is the pool side restaurant in holiday inn , for my point of view this is the one of the best continental restaurant at near by . Me and my friend visit there and ordered meat pepper pizza and aglio oli , the pizza I love it. Amazing pizza I ever had. Most amazing thing I find their pool side alfresco area. It was a great experience with is restaurant . I will goan visit again very soon for sure and I would recommend to people for most visit this restaurant and resort.
Fig and Olive is a nice place in Holiday inn. You have to walk in a little bit to reach there. The ambience is good with a pool view. The music played was Arabic and Mediterranean. We went there for cocktails and drinks and it was good. Soho was a good cocktail. Service is also good. A good place to spend an evening at.
The resort is very nice. The ambience is good. The staff is very helpful. The food is not as delicious as it should be. I was not at all happy with the food, but the menu is large and has a lot of items in it.
Holiday inn is located at one of the best lotion in Goa. It’s a beach touching property. At this restaurant we tried some pizzaz and pastas. Teste was awesome. Service was excellent. We had been there couple of times during our stay. Will visit again.
The service is slow, but their seafood pasta was palatable for us Delhi souls. Not just seafood pasta, their ravioli and other pastas are also worth a try.
