After spending quality time with my BAE we just walk and craving for some snacks we visited this place near to Cavelossim beach . Ambience was very good ,food was good. When we are in this place we enjoyed every minute.Overall experience was good and price of food is not much .
Silver wave is right on the Cavelossim beach, I like this modern structure shack on the beach with good selection of food & Drinks. We relaxed a bit on this beach & had a fresh pineapple juice, which was quite sweet and butter garlic squid. This is nice spot to just relax on the beach n let the wind blow into you. They host beach party every money 7.30 pm onwards with music & fireworks.
I went there on a Saturday afternoon just for couple of Beers. The best part about this place is it is beautiful and is right on the beach, so you get to enjoy the beach. They had beach beds installed with umbrella so even on a hot day I enjoyed my Beer with Sea view and cool breeze coming from the Sea. I didn’t like the music because they were playing punjabi songs. I mean I like punjabi songs but not in South Goa for sure. So for punjabi songs lover this place can be a thing. Apart from that service is quite slow given the fact the place was not much crowded. I have mixed reviews for this place.
After a romantic walk on the beach with my bae, we decided to dine and so we sat down on a random candle lit table. The service is prompt and the staff is very courteous, but the food was a major let down. We ordered garlic cheese chicken tikka (too much of smelly cheese plus we found a hair strand), squids masala fry (appeared as if the masala consisted of ‘just’ chilly powder and way toooooo spicy) and French fries ( too thick and not too crispy ). Drinks were chilled which is a plus point.
After a long flight from delhi to goa with a stop over in mumbai we finally landed in goa in the evening ..took a taxi and headed to the radisson blu resort. After checking in we headed to the beach cavelossim ..be warned the shacks on the beach shut by 10. We didn’t see a soul there post 8.30. We went to silver waves and ordered a big bottle of king fisher beer , French fries for the kids and king fish steak with fries for us. The fish was okay at best but the fries were something else we haven’t has such good fries for a very long time ..they were good old fashioned thickish fries fried to perfection Would recommend one to go just to try the fries
