Good Food , Ambience and Staff
The name of the restaurant is derived from the combination of the name of the Goan owner couple. Fatima, the wife does the Goan curries and masalas to perfection. It is a family run restaurant with a home style kitchen. The atmosphere is vibrant and the food always good and fresh. This is their Moto and they deliver.
The restaurant occupies the extension of a quaint portugese style home, made lively by the warmest hosts. The motto of ‘good food > pomp’ is reflected in the wholesome meals, in terms of quantity and quality, both.The staff and host are friendly and up to chat about anything that you’d need assistance with.The ambience is homely coupled with soft music and goes best with the jazzy array of drinks that Octima has to offer.Things we ordered:1. Masala fried Kingfish2. Thai roast prawns3. Chicken xacuti with steamed rice4. Drinks : Woo Woo and Mama’s Mama.While being great value for money, every dish was generous in quantity and a definite 5/5 for flavors.Hoping to go back soon, hungry for more (:
