This is a family restaurant and the service here is a bit slow but the food you will not be disappointed with. The croquettes and the Pattis that you get here are matched by only a few in Margao. Go for it.
The servers are very spaced out and take time to pack your order. But the croquettes are by far the best. They have good prawn Pattice, excellent doce and nice risois, amongst other stuff.
A cafe with machine made coffee. LOL, ROFL. Was returning back from Cancona in the afternoon and was looking for a coffee place. This place had a car parking, so stopped for quick bite and coffee. The place is small has a bakery as well. Ordered Chai & Coffee and was surprised to get it from machine. Ordered fresh coconut cookies to go along. Chai had no chai in it and Coffee well I better say nothing. Cookies were hard to bite on and tasted little weird, may be my taste buds are not yet ready for such cookies. Total waste of money. Ambiance is not considered due to poor experience.
Decent place to satisfy your sweet tooth with traditional Goan sweets like Bolinyas, tosh, perrad, batica and doce de papaya. We went in the morning hours and could spot locals having breakfast with little gossips. Great place to have traditional homely sweets and savouries.
