Longuinho’s is a restaurant which sits on a busy intersection at Margaon, Goa.The decor of the place is old school and has the retro elegance of the 70s.I had ordered the pork sausages and the pork masala fry. Both dishes were perfect and washed down with chilled beer from their well stocked bar.The pork in the masala fry had a little over 50% lard ratio , but owing to the lard being cooked down to a buttery mouthful of goodness , one did not mind at all.Service is prompt with efficient waiters at the tables.Overall , a great experience and I’m going back.
