Mahalaxmi multicusin hotel is a small cosy place for fish lovers. Bangda thali, kingfish thali, chicken thali are popular dishes opted by local people as well as fish lovers like me. But thali is served only till 4.00 pm and not at dinner time. Which contains fried fish, bowl of rice and fish curry, chicken masala, salad, kokum kadhi, a veg bhaji and 2 chapatis with a banana.I also had a chicken biryani which was worth Rs. 120/- and tasty. Owners Sawant are very nice people, originally from Sawantwadi, Maharashtra but staying in Goa for almost 3 generations and are as Goan as it gets.
