Last Night I had ordered Chicken Tikka Biryani from The Biryani House through Zomato. While feeding the address I mentioned Beanulim Beach by mistake. Where as I stay at Benaulim itself but its 03 kms from the beach. It was a mistake from my end. Now the delivery guy called me after reaching the displayed location and I Informed him that by mistake i have fed the wrong location and i will pay him the extra amount and will also guide him how to come. After listening me and misbehaving a bit , the delivery guy disconnected the call. Within few seconds i got a call from the Zomato Customer service. The customer care executive was polite and he took the details from me. As in most places of Goa there is horrible network issues i was unable communicate effectively. Then the zomato guy took the delivery boy on con call. I must say that the delivery boy was so rude and impatient. I was again and again telling that i m ready to pay the extra amount, even if the delivery boy was finding it difficult to travel for more 03 kms and deliver the order at my place. On the top of that he was shouting on me and the customer care executive. These kind of people who donot have the way of talking or showing initiative should not be kept on job. This was the first time I ordered food from Zomato and I had a grusome experience. I agree it was my mistake at the first place. But the way things were handled by the zomato and the delivery boy was pathetic and rude. Henceforth I as the customer will never visit Biryani house and never use the services of Zomato in future.

Loved their tawa fry chicken and chicken biryani & service was quick. Definitely the best tawa fry chicken in town. Would like to try other items too.

Have been here once but their biryanis are something you will always crave for. Tried their prawns biryani and hydrabadi chicken dum biryani. It was well cooked, not oily, fair quantity and also pocket friendly price. Their chicken dry fry was also tasty and spicy. They have friendly staff. Highly recommended.
