Had a great time yesterday , loved the Sushi platter , Stir fried Beef , basil lamb. Pad Thai noodles , Food was good and we loved the same. Would definitely recommend to try the same out if visiting Colva.
When you enter Red Ginger, all you can see is the warm red interiors and décor which will quickly teleport you to a place in Chinatown. The ambience is fancy and it’s situated right in the centre of Colva. This restaurant is the only place in the south Goa which serves the best sushi and my favourite would be the philadelphia sushi roll and the prawn and tempura sushi roll.We ordered the crispy calamari with wasabi mayo, sliced grilled lamb with chili lemongrass and basil and the wok tossed shanghai chicken for starters which was good although the quantity wasn’t.For main course, we had the Nasi Goreng and Chicken burnt garlic fried rice with Chicken in Sichuan gravy which was amazing.For desserts, we ordered the date sesame balls stuffed with dates and coconut with ice cream which was decent.Overall the experience was good.
