Great place for a peaceful dinner. The service is good. Not much of ambience, just regular tables and a small bar.Visited a couple of times and tried a few veg and chicken dishes. Food was good with good quantity.
We ordered chicken kohlapuri and it was clearly substandard. Curry made with log of red chilli powder in it. We understand that kohlapuri is supposed to be spicy but definitely not this way. On top it we wanted to split bills on two credit card. The guy completely refused to do it and insisted on charging only one card. At the same time how it was told to us was completely rude and inappropriate. Complete lack of respect for customer. And gave no reason for not splitting amount on two cards.
Had visited this place on Thursday and since I was veg on that day I opted for Paneer Tikka Masala with some butter roti and my friend opted for Biryani. We were not disappointed at all. The Paneer was soft and oozing of flavor from the gravy and the butter roti was the perfect accompaniment to it. The biryani was also oozing with flavors of the Indian spices and the meat succulent and tender. Must visit this place.
If you are craving for some great Goan food than this is the place to be. Tries their Pomfret Recheado and Goan Mixed Stew. The Fish was fresh and flaky and the masala stuffing was spicy and tangy. If you are in or near Colva Beach don’t miss this joint.
This Colva unit seems like an Accident.I would have reviewed my experience many times but couldn’t Find a better Expression so I stick to It.The place was welcoming by the sight of it however the staff made an impact otherwise. The interaction was more like state tourism owned units. The food was acceptable but their explanation for Frozen (ok Cold) chapatis was not acceptable. The pricing and their quantity again gives an impression of some complex Numbers in Mathematics.I present 2-stars because I ate their Food else I recommend My allies to avoid this stoppage
Everything we had was excellent – fried lepo and bombay duck, king fisher recheado. And fish curry and rice. I enjoyed the simple and friendly atmosphere.
