Part of the Zuri white sands, goa..this is probably the only restaurant to cater for pur vegeterians! It was our anniversary and we chose the alacarté option since buffet was looking okayish. The food is simply good served with a lot of siders. The pizza was done according to our liking and so was the biryani (qty could improve). Rate it 4/5The service was were they scored beyond 5. Thanks to our server, a bengali person (sorry, can’t recollect the name). Thanks
All-day, multi-cuisine dining couldn’t get better at entertaining, water-front Waterfall Cafe. Enjoy there Sunday brunch with live cooking stations serving street-food classics like the wada pav to refreshing pasta salads teamed up with live music four times a week. Hang around for Goan-themed sundays when they serve authentic Goan classics accompanied by traditional Goan dance and live music.
Extremely impolite. Both the guards and receptionist were doing a favour to let us in. Once we told them that the behaviour wasn’t the bad, they said – ‘Okay. Anything else!’. Left the place after this. Do not recommend it.
So this is a place nearby to where we were staying so decided to come over and have a lunch. The property is amazing with flowing architecture and quite a few flowing streams running though their various areas. Since we were in time for lunch we decided to go to the cafe and instead of the buffet tried a few dishes from their ala carte menu. The food itself was pretty ordinary for a 5 star property. We had a Zuri Greek salad and a vegetable biryani as the first course. The food here put us off completely hence we did not bother ordering may thing else. The quantity of both dishes was miniscule compared to the what they were charging. Quality wise though, the food was a mix. While the fishes themselves were fairly decent, the flavours and style of preparation left a lot to be desired. The salad had very few exotic vegetables and almost no dressing. No balsamic viniger, no olive oil drizzled over, just a smattering of olive pieces and almost no feta cheese. The biryani on the other hand was fairly plain, very muted flavours and hardly any vegetables. The raita that comes with the biryani was almost like a bowl of dip sauce at any other place in the size of the serving. And taste wise it was pretty sour with none of the usual ingredients in a raita. For the place of the standard that Zuri charges a premium and for the ambience and decor they have invested in, the food is seriously underwhelming. They definately need to 8mprove their food quality.
Very nice spread of buffet and food is yum ,ordered a la carte and prawn curry was amazing ,desserts were yummy too ,must try shahi tukda, even vegetarian food was delish
We were in hunt of another exotic dining experience and looked for closest to our vicinity. Tried their multi cuisine cafe for justifying family taste. Pomfret fish steak was perfect. My kids enjoyed the paneer butter masala and chicken burger. Overall a decent place for family dining.
Live food section is awesome, be it veg or non-veg. Hospitality is wonderful. In my opinion, it is one of the best buffet destination in South goa.
