Went to the hotel with family during Diwali time. The hotel was short staffed due to obvious reasons but the service was way to worse to be acceptable. Order wasn’t taken for 15mins after being seated. Once the order was taken it was served after 45 mins. This was just appetisers. For ordering the main course we must’ve called the server atleast 4times but nobody came. We then asked for the bill which also took 10mins. We then went and met the owner who did not have the basic courtesy to treat the customer. Sadanand Dhuri was so rude that he dint care if the people visiting his hotel were happy or not. This is the hospitality that good renowned restaurants give which is shameful and pathetic.
