Tasty meals at a reasonable price rate. Delicious food and decent quantity with a comfortable seating area for groups and families on the top. Must try – aloo ka paratha Chicken noodles We tried their veg biryani, veg noodles, chicken lollipops which were horrible thanks to their extremely thick crust which was extremely hard to crack.
We ordered food from the restaurant during our stay at Nerul .. their food and service is good .. Chinese is definitely a must try .. along with the authentic Goan dishes ..budget friendly too
We generally got food from this place while when we were resting in the nerul area in Goa.quite alot of times we ordered goam food from this place.And we were so glad all the times about the food quality and the taste we were getting at the affordable price.Things tried over here are as follows:1 kingfish fry2 mackrel fry my favourite with a huge in size3 green curry chicken4 chicken biryani A place which can try once.
Ordered almost every kind of omlette off the menu and toast along with juices and coffee. Everything was really good. Ambiance is good both in the morning and night.
A plate full of good food makes for the lack of ambience. It’s true and Naik proves it. The food is earthy.. goan and warm, plus you get to wash it down with some chilled beer. We had a king fish tawa masala fry and fish thali consisting of goan fish curry, kadala curry, raw fry fish (probably chonak), some fresh salad and rice. The food was wholesome and scrumptious. The owner warm, affable and always up for a conversation. The service staff was equally warm with ready smiles. Two days into our stay at poorna BnB, which is close to this gem we placed an order again for prawn curry and rice to be graciously delivered at the hotel. The food this time was well packed and the taste was on spot as before.Would I go back despite the wanting ambience. You bet!!Go give it a try.
Dont expect Ambiance and Service at Naik. But something you can definitely expect to love is their authentic Goan food.The place is usually full during Lunch and Dinner hours and since it has a bar as well, you can expect some unruly and rowdy customers. But I go to a restaurant to eat a meal and I dont care who eats on the table next to me. I ordered the Chicken Biriyani and Prawns Masala. It was a busy afternoon but the owner still found time to strike a conversation with me and shared the troubles associated with running a restaurant in off season. I could understand his problem looking at the overburdened crew. But definitely worth more than what it is rated here at.Taste: 4.0Ambiance : 2.0Service : 3.0Value for money : 4.5
