As a five star property they really maintain that mark and all the dishes they served are really awesome. Over the course of 4 days, I tried Chicken handi, Tandoori Chicken, Dal Fry, King fish fry, Chicken Laziz. All the preparations are really great and you will enjoy the food. The spice, oilyness, presentation are all perfect. One must try their Chicken Handi dish, it was one of my favorite and never had such preparation anywhere else.As you must have noticed most of the dishes I mentioned are chicken. And thats the reason I concluded 4 stars. Hotel does not have any sea food variety over weekdays and over weekend just a king fish was served as part of Buffet. That was a bit surprise factor when I inquired about bombay duck, pompfret, rawas, bangda, etc and hotel staff said they dont have any of these available. Only options available were prawns and basa fish.I would suggest that they must extend their variety towards sea-food. As a guest visiting goa and if staying at remote location where this hotel is located, its a bit disappointment to satisfy your hunger on chicken. Its anyway a must visit to enjoy a real fine dine experiece
