There is no question that the restaurant has one of the best views in Goa. The food was good and served on time. But what disappointed me is that..we were not allowed to sit on the sea side tables as they already had booking for a private party at 4 pm. Though we were there for lunch at around 1 pm, we were denied access to the area. There is no use of having such beautiful location if guests r not allowed to enjoy it.Food-4/5, ambience-4/5, service-2/5

Other than the rechado tiger prawns, which were the fresh catch of the day, everything else was quite average. The chicken cafreal was a bit bland and the crab fried rice was just ok. The drinks we tried were ok as well. Maybe it was with what we particularly ordered because the reviews are quite good so will try something else the next time we’re there!
Really superb experience having lunch at Bay 15 restaurant.It’s near Dona Paula tourist point say 2km.Restaurant has really good Sea view also good premises to walk around.We had Thai chicken satai in starter which was really unique in taste and will recommend for starter to people who don’t go for starter other than chicken. Otherwise restaurant do have many options for starter as well.After which we ordered very famous Goan dish chicken xacuti along with Local Goan bread which is the best combination I ever had. Each n every Goa visitor must taste chicken xacuti @ Bay 15.Then we had crap fried rice which I tried for the first time and I really liked it and enough quantity for 2-3 people.Then we had Tiramisu in the dessert which was pretty good and served nicely.OverallLocation 5/5Food quality 5/5Ambience 5/5Staff 5/5
It has an amazing sea view. It’s a quiet place away from the popular tourist areas. I had only the pork ribs here. It was well cooked and the view adds to the flavours.
One of the best place in panjim to have authentic goan food .Having food here is absolutely soothing as it is by the seaThe service is fast and the staff is warm too .It also offers good options for veg food and is equally tasty.The desserts they served were presented very well and were tasty .Ambience 5/5Food 5/5Value for money 5/5
