  This lovely little bakery cafe is a hidden gem located amongst the quaint residential lanes of Miramar locality in Panaji. Turns out that ‘Carasid’ is a very popular franchise with outlets all over the place. I really liked their place, it had a very warm and cosy feeling to it. The variety of bakery products they had to offer was interesting, and I literally spent 8-10 minutes before deciding what I want to fill myself up with. Also, this place more of a bakery, with lots of fresh products, sweets, chocolates, cakes & pastries along with snacks and savouries. Despite of this fact, they have 3-4 tables for customers to sit and enjoy their order, just like I did!CHICKEN CAFAREAL – This is the special Goan preparation of chicken, which was presented in the form of a mini pizza. Thr base was soft and toppings included the chicken chunks, onions, bell peppers and a bit of cheese. I found the pizza to be a bit dry, and taste wise it was decent enough.CHICKEN AND CHEESE SANDWICH – All these food items were warmed up in a microwave and served, so when I took my first bite, I accidently burnt my tounge. But after letting it cool down, the grilled bread became a bit crispy and warm, with the chicken and cheese filling smoothing and spreading out evenly. It was amazing, and couldn’t have asked more from an evening snack!COLD COFFEE – All time favourite beverage!TRIPLE CHOCOLATE EXTACY PASTRY – A well fitting end to my snack! Dark chocolate pastry which really tingles your tastebuds with its bitter-sweet tang and creamy texture. Glad that Carasid is such a lovely bakery!Had a wonderful, warm and homely experience here! :)Happy Burping!!!
